ABOUT AIM

Quick Links:  AIM Member Churches

We have set up Ashford Intercessors’ Ministry as a result of an ever increasing desire to join forces with other praying people in Ashford, to encourage and support each other in the spiritual battles we embark on through our prayers.

We know there are many of us praying in and around Ashford, praying for our Churches, Communities and Town. We feel prompted by the Holy Spirit to make available a virtual meeting place where we can keep each other informed about any prayer initiatives that we organise, seek support and access shared resources.

We hope that you will collaborate with us and make this site a useful addition to your armoury and that through it we can join forces and pray in The Kingdom of Heaven here on earth.

Paula Verlinden

Paula Chegwin

We are two friends who worship at Willesborough Baptist Church and who have a passion for prayer. Having attended the London School of Prayer and Ministry, we have seen our prayer lives grow and consequently deepened our relationship with Jesus.

Although quite different personalities, our hearts desires are identical and so are our Christian names.  We believe in the Power of Prayer and want to harness it to further Gods Kingdom in whatever way He leads. We want to encourage others to find the joy in prayer too and to create a network of praying people so that we can encourage each other and join up in Ashford-wide initiatives whether it be to pray for the town, to support each other’s events or share resources and ideas.

We invite you to join us in the exciting adventure that is life in Christ.

Our tagline at Ashford Vineyard is ‘Bringing Life To Ashford’. We love our town, we love the people in it, and we are committed to bring life to Ashford. We have such a passion for seeing people be free and real. We believe that true freedom is only found in the extravagant, furious and passionate love of God, which is why we want to make it easy for anyone to find Him. We want to build community and show people just how much God loves them. This means giving everyone the freedom to come as they are, and to belong without having to be anything but themselves.
